This is a traditional Bricksaw with the blade arm mounted at the rear of the saw. This allows the blade to be pulled down on top of the material being cut which is the most common action for cutting bricks and blocks.

Fitted with a diamond blade this saw will cut bricks, clay and concrete pave stones, concrete blocks, retaining wall blocks and other masonry products but it is limited as to length of the item being cut because of the rear saw mounts.
