These saws are most commonly used with a diamond blade to cut sections in concrete slabs and brick or concrete walls. They are also used for steel when fitted with a resin fibre metal cutting blade. Due to exhaust emissions from the petrol engine, a method of removing the poisonous exhaust fumes is recommended when operating in a confined space.
